Who this notice applies to
This notice applies to people who contact Coming Dream about work opportunities or complete the published developer trial assignment.
Data provided by applicants
Applicants may provide their name, email address, role of interest, portfolio or GitHub link, background and introduction, source code, README and assignment notes. We may also receive messages exchanged during an application discussion. Do not put sensitive personal data, account passwords, wallet recovery phrases or proprietary code that you lack permission to share in a submission.
What we do with it
We may review an application, evaluate coding and communication skills, contact applicants about the process, coordinate interviews or next steps and keep records of recruitment decisions. We do not claim that submitting an application guarantees employment.
How submissions are sent
The current site prepares an email draft; it does not directly collect candidate data in a website database. A candidate must attach their completed trial project and send the email. The current trial files are available to download without making an account.
Who can see submissions
Only people involved in evaluating or administering applications should access applicant information. Email providers and other relevant technical providers may process the communications. We do not intend to publish an applicant’s submission or use it as client deliverable work without a separate appropriate agreement.
Retention, rights and updates
Applications and email attachments may be held while recruitment is ongoing and for a reasonable period afterward for business, dispute-resolution or legal needs; a fixed period is not yet specified. Applicants can contact us about access, corrections or deletion, subject to any applicable restrictions. This notice will need updating if an on-site application database or direct-upload functionality is launched.
