Who we are
Coming Dream is an AI and software development agency identified on this website as based in Singapore. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit this site, contact us about a project, or apply for a developer trial.
Information you choose to send
Our project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project area and a description. The careers application form asks for your name, email, interested role, optional portfolio/GitHub link and a short introduction. If you send a completed trial, your email or attachment may contain code, a README and other details you include.
At present, the forms open a draft in your own email application. They do not directly upload your answers to this website. Information reaches us only if you actually send that email or contact us through another channel.
How information is used
Information that you send may be used to respond to inquiries, discuss project opportunities, review trial applications, communicate about next steps, maintain reasonable business records and address legal or security concerns. We do not publish applicant details or submitted code as portfolio examples without suitable permission.
Website technology and third parties
The current website loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to external websites for news sources, email and Telegram. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address or browser details when you use them. Your email provider controls the transmission of email drafts that you choose to send.
The optional administrative trial-file editor is designed to use Google sign-in once configured on a deployed server. Google authenticates the account; Coming Dream should not ask you for a Gmail password. Hosting providers may process ordinary server request logs.
Sharing and disclosure
We may need to share information with providers that deliver communications, hosting or business services, or when required by law. We do not state that this website sells visitor data. We will not share completed applicant trial submissions publicly without permission.
Retention and safeguards
Email correspondence and attachments may remain in the relevant email accounts and business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, review applications, manage a project, resolve disputes or comply with applicable obligations. A fixed retention schedule has not been established for this version of the site.
We aim to limit access to information and use appropriate safeguards. No email or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases, payment card numbers or other unnecessary secrets.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages do not intentionally set tracking or advertising cookies in the supplied source. Hosting, Google sign-in (when enabled), embedded external services or later integrations may use cookies or log technical information. If analytics or additional tracking are introduced, this notice should be updated before deployment.
Your requests
You may contact us to ask about information you have sent, or request that we correct or delete it, subject to legal and operational requirements. Please write to magicc542@gmail.com. We may request reasonable verification before acting on requests concerning personal data.
Children and changes
Our agency services and developer trials are intended for people able to enter into the relevant professional or application relationship. This website is not designed to solicit children’s personal information. We may revise this notice when our features, hosting, or data practices change and will update the date at the top.
